It sounds like an interesting contest, I'll give it that. But I can't say I'm entirely happy with the idea of this sort of game.
You shouldn't need to be competing for a prize to fulfil your dreams. It cheapens them.
And dreams are personal, anyway, not for broadcasting to everyone, unless that's what you want to do.
